How to order with your Deliveroo meal allowance

Deliveroo for Work: How to use your Deliveroo company allowance

It's the amount your employer has set for you to spend on Deliveroo. Think of it as a tasty perk, covered by your company.

Log in and set your address: Open the Deliveroo app or Desktop, log in to your account, and enter your delivery address.

Choose your meal: Use filters to browse by cuisine, dietary needs or preferences. Choose a restaurant and add your dish to the basket.

Head to checkout: When you're ready, go to the checkout screen.

Apply your meal allowance: If you have an active allowance, you’ll see the company allowance option under payment methods. Toggle it on, choose an allowance if there’s more than one, and enter a project code if your company requires one.

Review and place your order: Check your order and delivery details, then place your order. Your meal will be paid for using your allowance.
